Request Account Deletion
You have the right to request the deletion of your TrndUp account and all associated data.
How to Delete Your Account

In-App Deletion (Recommended)
Log in to the TrndUp app, go to Profile > Settings > Delete Account. This will immediately deactivate your account and schedule your data for permanent deletion.

Email Request
If you cannot access the app, you can submit a manual deletion request via email.

What is Deleted
- Personal Profile Information (Name, Email, Phone)
- OAuth Tokens (YouTube, Instagram connections)
- Creator Intelligence Data & Health Scores
- Campaign History & Chat Logs
What is Retained
- Anonymized aggregate usage statistics
- Transaction records required for tax/legal compliance (if applicable)
Timeline: Once a request is verified, your account is deactivated immediately. All personal data is permanently wiped from our servers within 30 days.
